ADHD stands for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
It is a neurological disorder that generally affects children and teens.
A child suffering from ADHD syndrome finds difficulty in controlling normal impulses and cannot easily focus or pay attention to tasks.
This October month is celebrated as ADHD awareness month to educate the general population about this attention deficit disorder.
